When Asurgent gathered their employees for a Christmas party in December, it became an evening to remember – with a cowboy theme that set the tone right from the very first “yeehaw!” Skyddsrummet was transformed into a modern Wild West saloon where hats, boots, and denim ruled the dance floor, and no one held back on creativity.

About the event
The guests fully embraced the theme, and our friends at Asurgent proved they’re not just experts in digital transformation – they can also rock cowboy style like they were born to herd cattle on the open plains.
But the party wouldn’t have been the success it was without our own staff, who of course dressed to the nines and brought both service and energy in full cowboy gear. From bartenders in bandanas and cowboy hats to servers with spurs (okay, maybe not real spurs – but you get the vibe), we kept the pace and created the authentic saloon atmosphere the evening deserved.
The food and drinks were perfectly tailored to the theme, with details that enhanced the atmosphere and to top it all off, the night ended with dancing and laughter as guests took over the dance floor for line-dance and to the sounds of both country classics and modern hits.
