Our story began on a beautiful day in 1988

It all started back in 1988
The story of Westers begins one beautiful day in 1988 when the three Kask brothers walked into Westers Fisk on Borgmästargatan, one of Stockholm’s oldest and most reputable fish shops.
Westers Fisk stood for artisan joy and love for the raw material, as well as an intensely personal service where the customer’s experience was king. That culture lives on even today. Today – 35 years later, Westers has grown into one of Stockholm’s leading catering and event companies with 25 permanent employees and hundreds of additional employees who carry our tradition and our brand forward in every personal meeting with customers and guests.
As a comprehensive supplier in the experience industry, we create complete events for companies, organizations and private individuals. We are also proud to be one of the few players in the industry that offers collective agreements to our employees, a security we believe should be self-evident for our employees.
We arrange over 1,000 functions and events a year
As one of Stockholm’s leading event companies, with our own high-class catering kitchen and our own premises for parties, conferences and events, we arrange over 1,000 functions and events annually.
We offer professional project management and assistance from start to finish when planning various activities, kick-offs, meetings, gatherings and various types of celebrations, such as company parties, wedding parties, birthday parties, launches, galas, anniversaries and much more.
Service that makes it easy to be a great host
We are not satisfied with “just” cooking world-class food: food and drink must be set, served and taken away; it takes ushers, wardrobes, bar staff, furniture, flowers and decor, lighting, technology and technicians, DJs and entertainers – and knowledgeable project managers and supervisors who hold the whole event together.
There is really no limit to how far our service can extend. Do you want help designing and distributing an invitation? Do you want photographers and videographers on site? Maybe a bus or limousine service, overnight stay and stimulating group activities are needed? We solve everything, as only Westers can.

Westers Academy
Westers works actively to give young people a chance for their first job – the most important of all jobs. Through the Westers Academy, a free training in our craft is offered, where you can learn the basics of serving, customer service and gastronomy and then get the opportunity to work with us at events.
Projects close to our hearts
We at Westers are particularly passionate about vulnerable children and young people who have not been given the conditions in life that everyone should have. Through our commitments and projects, we intend to contribute to creating a sense of belonging, appreciation and love to as many as we can!
